Maintenance, Use and Disclaimer Below:

Thank you for your recent purchase or interest in these handcrafted herbal diffusers.

We have done hours of testing and experimenting with our diffusers with no issues at all, and at times there can be a build up of soot that accumulates on the underside of the leaf.

If soot builds up too much it has the potential to catch on fire.  Proper maintenance is essential for burning your diffuser safely.

We notify everyone upon purchase to maintenance your diffuser in the following ways;

~Remove any build up on the underside of the leaf which looks like black resin.  This should be checked before lighting a fresh tea light.  We have found that using a spent tealight shell to scrape the soot off the bottom works well for getting the majority of it, then a quick swipe with a paper towel or rag will take care of the rest.

~We recommend that you use a soy or beeswax based candle as it will dramatically reduce the amount of build up and maintenance needed. These candles also last longer and release less toxins into the air.

~When you notice the herbs are dry and toasted, remove them and start with a new batch of herbs or resins

~ A reminder to NEVER leave anything burning unattended.

Thank you
